    Aloha Hawai‘i Life,

    For those of you who couldn’t make it to Hawai‘i Life Day on Maui, we made some big announcements, including the official launch of The Hawai‘i Life Hub.

    After 13 years of running our business on Salesforce, we’ve launched a new platform built for how we actually work today. The Hawai‘i Life Hub is live, and it will simplify much of what we do, from marketing and CRM to transactions, all in one place.

    The Hub gives you control in real time, whether you’re on your phone or at your desk. You’ll be able to generate property marketing, update pricing, launch listing campaigns, and manage deals more easily than ever. 

    And it’s all Hawai‘i Life—Hawai‘i Life templates, made for Hawai‘i Life, powered by Rechat, the most advanced platform in real estate technology.

  • The Hawaii Life Hub Operations

    NOVEMBER 17, 2025

    Aloha,
    Hawaii Life’s entire operations are officially migrating off of Salesforce and have moved to the new Hawaii Life Hub, powered by Rechat.
    This new platform brings a faster, more connected, intuitive experience to help you manage your business and clients with ease.

    Key Date
    Salesforce access will be discontinued on November 21, 2025.
    After this date, all agents and users will no longer be able to log in to Salesforce and will need to use the Hawaii Life Hub for all operations going forward. 

    Your Contacts Are Already There
    To give everyone a head start, we’ve transferred all your Salesforce contacts (along with their full history and details) into your new Hawaii Life Hub account. You can log in today and pick up right where you left off.

    Transactions and Listings 

    • All new escrows will be opened and processed in the Hawaii Life Hub.

    • Existing active escrows will continue to be managed and closed by the Transaction Management team.

    • All listings are already live and ready for you to manage and market within the Hawaii Life Hub.

    As Salesforce sunsets, we’re excited to flourish together in this next chapter with the Hawaii Life Hub app, purpose-built for how we work and grow at Hawaii Life.     • Beyond Nov. 21, If you need any data out of Salesforce, please request it through support@hawaiilife.com so we can obtain it and provide it to you.

    • Now - Start using the Hawaii Life Hub with your new account invitation.
